I just finished watching the show. You nailed it with this video. She was the belt and one of the best, if not the best characters altogether.

It's like a summary of the game series. Lucy searches for her dad, The Ghoul searches for his wife and daughter, while Maximus just simply runs around and does the quests

I didn't agree with everything that was said here but it was a thoughtful, penetrating and very intelligent analysis of a truly fine standout series. To the creators: thank you for the series. Thank to the creators of this analysis as well.

I take issue with the way they made Moldavier kill those folks at the start, at the drop of a hat when giving Lucy the choice. I mean sure, I get that they needed to make tus think she was a monster but there are maybe some other ways.

As someone who never read the book and hasn't looked into the real history of this age yet.... I think Game of Thrones has made me too jaded on the whole "the chill person we were following the whole time was actually the one most obsessed with power of all of them oooOoOoOOo." This ending was both really compelling but also kinda ruined it for me. This is definitely (to me) the kinda show you only ever watch ***ONCE***.

Fans of the book, to be sure, are just glad that the network that gave us "The Wheel of Time" tv series are not producing such a beloved story.

Also, how are Peter Doppler and Urlich’s dad connected? I forgot… why were they in the bunker all the time? They must have found out about Mad’s body and realized the time travel. But why them two?

So the whole idea is that they are trying to break the cycle but it’s impossible because it seems that OLDER version of each individual is telling them YOUNGER selves or to YOUNGER other individual to go and talk to THEIR YOUNGER SELVES or YOUNGER other individual so that they become who they are in the future - so cycle keep ongoing. Saving Mikkel was pointless then because Jonas already lives in that world, so does the young Mikkel, saving the older one does nothing to the cycle. Please I want to talk to someone!!!

Irl we recovered some future human time travellers space craft in Roswell 1940's and reverse engineered it. We used the tech learned from the ufo and went to the moon with it. We lied and staged the landing with known/"modern" tech but told russians we have "alien" tech and we are friends with aliens. Thats how we won cold war. Threatened alien tech if they snitch or use nukes.

I was someone who overall knew very little about the Fallout universe, and have to say, I am duly impressed by how much exposition they dumped without it feeling forced. There are likely many many things I missed, but I feel I have a rough understanding of what was going on and am incredibly appreciative of that.

As a 42 year old life long fan of the Fallout series. You guys did a fantastic job. I always imaged it a little more mad max...however, this TV series is damn good. Well done ... you all should be proud of this work.

I listened to the first book but couldn’t follow the second one. Maybe if I read it instead of listened I would do better, but I just couldn’t keep track of the names and who was who… personally I loved the show. It’s been long enough since I listened to the first book that I didn’t remember all the details or even really who was who, other than a few big scenes like the ship getting sliced and the whole VR game, and while I wish they had spent a bit more time in the VR game, it was very well done when they were there and I absolutely loved the visuals of the ship getting sliced. I was not dissapointed by that scene

The joke was to state that if you don't make any noise, no one will notice you. Dropping a clue that the dark forest hypothesis is the answer to the fermi paradox.

I loved the show, watched it twice (the second time using info I learnt from the show to better understand moments) I didn't even know there were people that hated it, makes sense this is the internet and all, but the hate for it must be pretty small because I haven't seen it, only seen people talking about it lol I feel like there's still a lot to learn about maximus, so it's the character I'm most interested in going into season 2. They replayed the scene of him coming out the fridge a few times so it's gonna have a payoff in season 2, it could either be that the brotherhood helped Hank nuke shady sands, or that hank was in the suit when maximus was found, maybe hank was a member of the brotherhood (he does know how to use the suit, as does goosey so he may have taught her what he knows)
